David is very active in the cannabis industry and serves as a consultant, mentor, and guide, to support Social Equity program participants seeking a cannabis business license. He helps entrepreneurs navigate the complex process of starting a regulated cannabis business and is part of Edge Institute’s Social Equity training team. CEOs use David as a sounding board to talk through challenging financial issues. HIs style brings clarity and solutions and his ability to infuse humor into difficult situations helps to diffuse tension, foster discussion, and secure group buy-in.


Beth Goldstein

Dr. Beth Goldstein

Known for her ability to connect with audiences, Beth Goldstein,  is a much sought-after trainer, coach, and consultant. With over 30 years of experience empowering entrepreneurs to be successful, Beth is driven to better understand how adults learn how to be entrepreneurial thinkers and doers, viewing this as the cornerstone of success and change. This curiosity led Beth to return to school to complete her doctorate in education from Johns Hopkins University.
Beth specializes in delivering experiential training programs that cultivate entrepreneurial thinkers with the confidence needed to lead courageously, and build innovative and purpose-driven organizations. Her training programs range from online seminars and 1-day workshops to intensive 9-month programs for large and small companies, universities, government agencies, and NGOs. Beth is passionate about education and has taught in the U.S. and abroad including: China, Costa Rica, Egypt, Germany, Indonesia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mexico, Nigeria, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
Beth has authored three books on entrepreneurship and marketing including: Entrepreneurial Marketing: A Blueprint for Customer Engagement  (2020)  , Lucky By Design (2011), and  The Ultimate Small Business Marketing Toolkit (2007). As a doctoral candidate at Johns Hopkins University, she focused her research on the role entrepreneurship educators play in helping their students develop confidence and entrepreneurial grit.
